Job Description
Salary: $112,500 - 187,500 per year Requirements:
- We require a masters or PhD in statistics, applied mathematics, financial mathematics, computer science, engineering, operations research, or another highly quantitative discipline; a bachelors degree in a quantitative field is also acceptable.
- We require 5+ years of success supporting internal or external clients and 6+ years of professional analytical experience, ideally in industries we serve; these two experiences may overlap or be separate.
- We need advanced programming, data engineering, and applied AI/ML expertise, including proficiency with Python and/or R, SQL, cloud analytics environments, distributed data platforms, and modern machine learning frameworks.
- We expect proven ability to lead complex analytics and AI-enabled solution engagements with limited supervision, including solution design, model development, validation, stakeholder alignment, and delivery coordination.
- We look for leadership behaviors such as self-awareness, learning agility, inclusive collaboration, peer coaching, accountability, change leadership, and the ability to motivate and guide others toward strong team outcomes.
- Ability to travel 10-20% of the time.
- Preferred experience includes generative AI, large language models, retrieval-augmented generation, agentic workflows, model evaluation, MLOps, model monitoring, and responsible AI/model governance.
- Familiarity with credit bureau data, regulated financial services environments, credit risk lifecycle use cases, fraud, insurance, or digital marketing analytics is preferred.
- Experience building reusable analytic assets, documentation standards, governance artifacts, or scalable consulting delivery processes is preferred.
- Prior mentoring, onboarding, recruiting support, or contributions to team culture through feedback, recognition, and inclusive collaboration are preferred.

Responsibilities: - We lead complex analytics and AI-enabled consulting engagements from opportunity shaping through solution design, model development, evaluation, deployment readiness, and ongoing monitoring.
- We translate client needs into practical, scalable solutions that create measurable business value.
- We provide hands-on technical leadership across machine learning, statistical modeling, generative AI, large language models, retrieval-augmented generation, agentic workflows, model evaluation, MLOps, monitoring, and responsible AI/model governance.
- We help create reusable assets, documentation standards, and repeatable delivery practices.
- We own analytic consulting responsibilities for assigned clients and identify opportunities to test and adopt our analytic products and services.
- We partner with Sales, Product, Technology, and vertical support teams to shape differentiated, data-driven recommendations.
- We deliver analytic insights, model considerations, risks, and recommendations through concise presentations for internal and external stakeholders with varied technical and business backgrounds.
- We contribute to research and innovation initiatives with DSA peers and cross-functional partners, including applied AI, responsible AI, experimentation, and emerging analytic techniques.
- We identify opportunities to improve quality, efficiency, governance, and scalability in analytic delivery.
- We mentor, coach, and train junior colleagues and peers by sharing expertise, clarifying expectations, giving constructive feedback, recognizing contributions, and helping foster an inclusive, high-performance culture.
- We perform work in a hybrid arrangement, with responsibilities completed both virtually and in person at an assigned office location at least two days per week.
